This tour takes in some of the site’s highlights, but for those who want to experience more, we highly recommend our two day Angkor Wat tour instead.

Cambodian Visas & Currency

US dollars are the preferred currency of payment in Cambodia’s local markets, shops and restaurants, so there is no need to convert into local currency on arrival. Please note that few places accept credit cards and those that do usually add a 3% service fee.

Citizens from most countries will be issued with a 30-day tourist visa on arrival at Cambodian airports or land borders. Visas currently cost US$35 (to be paid in cash) and two passport-sized photos are also needed. Ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months and you have one unused page for your Cambodian visa to be issued. You can also pre-purchase an e-visa online and more details are available at
